Login passwords, two-factor authentication (2FA), and password resets

  A new-user registration guide: enter a username, password, and email address, then use the link in the verification email to confirm your address. Unverified accounts are blocked from key console actions such as placing orders and adding funds.

• Forgot Your Password? Resetting Your Login Password and VPS Root Password

  Password-reset guide: reset a forgotten account password by email from the sign-in page (the link is valid for one hour), or reset a VPS root password from the VPS details page after confirming your account password. Resetting a VPS password restarts the server.

• Profile and Interface Preferences (Language, Time Zone, and Account ID)

  Use the console Profile page to view your username, role, and copyable account ID; check your linked email and last sign-in status; and switch the interface language under Preferences. Your account ID helps Support investigate issues faster.

• View Account Activity Logs and Security Events

  The Activity Log contains real actions performed under your account, including orders, wallet transactions, resources, domains, and power operations. Filter or search by source and time, export CSV, and use the Security & Login view to investigate suspicious account activity.
