How to Submit and Follow Up on a Support Ticket
Where to submit a ticket, what information helps it get resolved faster, and how to track progress.
When self-service troubleshooting does not solve a problem, a support ticket is the most reliable channel. Every ticket is assigned for follow-up.
Submit a ticket
- Open Console → Tickets → New ticket.
- Choose a category and link the affected resource, such as a VPS or domain, so the engineer can locate it directly.
- Describe the problem and submit the ticket.
Write an effective ticket
Providing all relevant information at once leads to the fastest response:
- Symptoms: the exact error and screenshots.
- Time: when the issue started and whether it is ongoing.
- Scope: the affected instance ID or domain.
- Troubleshooting already performed: for example, which steps in Troubleshooting a VPS Connection Failure you completed.
Follow up and rate the service
- Track progress at Tickets. New replies trigger an in-app notification or email.
- Reply promptly when an engineer requests more information so the ticket does not remain pending.
- After resolution, rate the service. Your feedback directly helps us improve.
What if the issue is urgent?
Select Live Chat in the lower-right corner. The AI assistant uses Help Center content to answer common questions immediately and can hand a complex issue to a person. For refunds, billing disputes, and other financial matters, submit a ticket or request a human agent; the support AI does not perform financial operations.
