Can I Get a VPS Refund? How to Request One

Provisioned VPS instances do not support self-service refunds; submit a ticket for review. A bare-metal order can be canceled for a full wallet refund before provisioning starts. Submit a ticket to request a refund of wallet deposits.

Provisioned VPS instances

A provisioned or running VPS does not support a self-service refund. To request one, submit a ticket for manual review. Select Feedback at the bottom of the VPS details page or from the More menu, or open Tickets → New ticket. Link the server and explain the reason for the request.

> Destroying a VPS, whether by moving it to the Recycle Bin or deleting it permanently, is not a refund. It only stops future billing.

Bare-metal orders before provisioning

If a bare-metal server is still queued and has not been racked or provisioned, select Cancel order on the delivery-timeline card on its details page. The system refunds the full amount to your wallet. After operations accepts the order or the server has been delivered and is Running, self-service cancellation is unavailable; submit a ticket for review.

To request a refund of funds added to your wallet, submit a ticket so Support can verify and process the request.
