How to Renew a VPS

Renew a VPS from its details page by choosing a duration and paying from your wallet balance. Add funds first if necessary, or enable automatic renewal to charge the balance before expiration.

Steps

Sign in to the console and open the VPS details page from My Servers.
Open renewal in either of two ways: select Renew in the tabs at the top of the details page, or choose Renew from the More ▾ menu in the upper-right corner of the title row.
In the renewal dialog, choose 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 billing periods. The period matches the original order; for example, a monthly instance renews in monthly increments.
Select Confirm renewal (charge wallet). The system calculates the authoritative price and deducts it from your wallet balance.
After renewal succeeds, the page refreshes automatically and the new transaction appears in the renewal history.

What if the balance is insufficient?

If the dialog reports an insufficient wallet balance, add funds first. Use the Insufficient balance? Add funds link at the bottom of the dialog, or open Billing → Add funds, then return to renew.

Automatic renewal

The renewal-history page includes an Automatic renewal switch. When enabled, the system charges your wallet before expiration to avoid an interruption. Keep enough money in the wallet for the renewal.
