Payment Monitor FAQ

What it is, supported chains, Free vs Pro, Telegram / Webhook notifications, exporting records, security, and more.

What is Payment Monitor?

Payment Monitor watches on-chain addresses for incoming / outgoing transfers — the moment an address receives or sends, it notifies you instantly via Telegram / Webhook / email and keeps a record of the flow. Great for merchant receiving, wallet-activity monitoring, and similar. Entry: Console → Payment Monitor (/console/watch).

Which chains are supported?

Tron (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20), BNB Chain (BEP20), Polygon, and Solana (SPL) — 5 chains. How many you can monitor depends on your plan (below).

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Three tiers:

  • Not activated (trial): 1 address, 7-day history, Tron only, scan every 5 min;
  • Free: 5 addresses, 30-day history, 3 chains, scan every 1 min;
  • Pro: 100 addresses, 365-day history, all 5 chains, instant alerts, plus Webhook, CSV export, priority scanning, and a daily email summary.

Activate / upgrade on the Payment Monitor product page.

How do I receive alerts?

  • Telegram: enter your chatid on the Payment Monitor page; delivered via the platform's official bot;
  • Webhook (Pro): hits are POSTed as JSON to your service for integration (auto-ticketing, forwarding to other tools, etc.);
  • Daily summary (Pro): a daily email digest of the previous day's hits.

Each address also has its own "transfer-in / transfer-out" toggles.

How soon after a transfer will I be alerted?

It depends on scan frequency: trial every 5 min, Free every 1 min, Pro instant. Hits appear under "Receive records" on the page, and you can view per-address hit detail.

Can I export the records?

Pro can export CSV (over your history-retention days); Free / trial don't support export yet.

What if I hit the address limit?

Free allows 5, Pro allows 100. At the limit, delete old addresses or upgrade to Pro for more.

How do I disable / cancel?

A single address can be disabled or deleted in the list; the whole subscription can be cancelled via "Cancel subscription" on the page (you then fall back to Free / trial capability).

Is it safe? Does it touch my funds?

It's read-only monitoring — it only observes public on-chain transactions and never touches your private keys or funds, nor can it move money from the address. You only ever provide a public receiving address.
