Using the Support Center
How to quickly search, browse categories, read articles, check system status, and submit a ticket when needed.
On NextCLi, when you run into questions about your account, orders, VPS, domains, billing and more, the Support Center is your first stop for self-service answers. This article shows you how to use it well and find what you need in just a few steps.
Support Center home: search box and category browsing
What the Support Center helps with
- Find guides: illustrated articles for common questions on account settings, ordering and renewal, VPS provisioning and management, domain registration and DNS, top-up and billing, and more.
- Read announcements: platform updates, changes and important notices are posted here.
- Check status: see in real time whether each platform service is operating normally.
- Open a ticket: escalate to a human ticket in one step when self-service doesn't solve it.
Three ways to find answers
1. Search directly (fastest)
Type keywords into the search box at the top of the Support Center — for example "how to create a VPS", "domain DNS", "how to top up" — and press Enter to see a list of related articles.
- Search matches article titles and content; shorter, more precise keywords hit better.
- If there are no results, try a different phrasing or a more general term.
- To go back to the home, click "← Back to Support Center" above the results.
2. Browse by category
When you're not sure what to search, enter progressively through the category cards on the home:
- Each card shows the name, summary and article count; cards with subcategories list them directly.
- On a category page, the left side has a full category navigation, and the top has a breadcrumb to help you locate and go back a level anytime.
- If a category has subcategories, they're shown first; only the deepest level lists articles.
3. See the latest articles
The Support Center home lists the most recently published articles — handy for a quick look at new guides and announcements.
Reading articles
Open any article to see its full illustrated content. The article page shows:
- The updated time and view count, to help you judge freshness and popularity.
- Left-side category navigation and a top breadcrumb, so you can jump between related topics.
- "← Back to Support Center" and "Didn't solve it? Open a ticket" entries at the bottom.
Checking system status
If you suspect the problem is a platform outage (rather than an operation issue), check the System Status page:
System Status: service status and incidents
- The page lists whether each service (account, console, payment, domain, DNS, VPS, CDN, webhook, etc.) is currently normal.
- Ongoing incidents and planned maintenance are updated in real time with progress.
- Entry: the "System Status" link at the bottom of the page, or from the prompt shown before opening a ticket.
Didn't find the answer? Open a ticket
When self-service content didn't solve your problem:
- Click "Didn't solve it? Open a ticket" at the bottom of an article, or "Open a ticket" on the home.
- Log in to your account first if prompted.
- Describe it as clearly as you can: the symptom, the order/resource involved, the steps taken and any error shown.
- After submitting, our support team will follow up as soon as possible and contact you through the ticket.
Tips
- The Support Center can be browsed and searched without logging in; only opening a ticket requires an account.
- Content follows your interface language; when a translation isn't available yet, it falls back to Chinese.
- Common entries: "Help/Docs" in the site's top navigation, "Docs / System Status" in the footer, and the help cards in the live-chat window all reach the Support Center.
