How to top up with USDT (crypto) to purchase servers
Crypto (USDT/USDC) top-up guide: pick the amount and network on the top-up page and transfer; funds arrive automatically after on-chain confirmation. Includes fee-free TRC20 tips and exchange-withdrawal notes.
Crypto top-ups use a wallet-balance model: top up your account wallet first, then pay for orders and renewals from the balance. Both USDT and USDC are supported; funds usually arrive automatically within a few minutes after on-chain confirmation — no manual review needed.
1. Top up on the platform (recommended)
- After logging in, go to Settings → Billing → Top up;
- Choose the amount and payment method (USDT / USDC, whatever the top-up page shows);
- The top-up page shows the receiving address for the matching network (e.g. TRC20 / ERC20) — double-check it before transferring;
- After transferring, wait for blockchain confirmation. The balance is usually credited automatically within a few minutes, and can then be used to buy cloud servers, dedicated servers, domains, or to renew.
> ⚠️ Always use the receiving address shown on the top-up page at that time — do not reuse an address from elsewhere or a past one, to avoid losing funds; and top up your own account only.
2. USDT networks and fees
USDT / USDC run on networks such as ERC20 (Ethereum) and TRC20 (Tron). TRC20 has the lowest fee (usually around 1 RMB per transfer, and can even be fee-free), so we recommend TRC20. When transferring, make sure the network of the receiving address on the top-up page matches the network you send from — cross-network transfers will not arrive.
Common wallets: imToken, TokenPocket, Trust Wallet, TronLink, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc. Download only from each wallet's official site to avoid counterfeit apps and asset loss.
How to make fee-free TRC20 transfers
TRC20 transfers consume TRX as the fee; an account with no TRX cannot send. You can get free transfers by staking (freezing) TRX for energy and bandwidth: a single transfer typically uses 15,000 energy and 350 bandwidth; staking 1,700 TRX for energy/bandwidth generally covers 3–5 free transfers per day. See your wallet's "Energy/Bandwidth" or "Stake TRX" help for details.
3. Top up by withdrawing from an exchange
After buying USDT/USDC on exchanges such as OKX, Binance or Huobi, you can withdraw directly to the receiving address shown on the top-up page:
- Buy on the exchange: purchase USDT/USDC via fiat C2C, choosing reputable, high-volume sellers; since withdrawal charges a fee, buy 1 extra coin so the credited amount matches your bill;
- Withdraw from the exchange: choose USDT-TRC20 or USDT-ERC20, the network must match the receiving address on the top-up page, and paste the address shown there;
- Some exchanges apply risk controls to newly bought coins (no withdrawal within 24 hours of purchase); to have funds arrive on time, buy 1–2 days in advance.
Top-up not credited?
Crypto top-ups need blockchain confirmation and usually arrive within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived after a long time, please submit a ticket with the transaction hash (TXID), amount and time, and we'll verify it as soon as possible.
