Resource Management: Snapshots, Recycle Bin, Tags & Notifications
Manage all your resources: snapshots and backups, recovering from the recycle bin, tags, the notification center and address monitoring.
As you accumulate more resources, managing them together matters. The NextCLi console provides snapshots, a recycle bin, resource tags, resource search, a notification center and deposit-address monitoring to help you keep things in order.
Snapshots & backups
- Create snapshots of resources such as VPS to save the disk state at a point in time.
- Snapshots can be used to roll back (restore a resource to the snapshot moment) or as a baseline for creating new resources.
- Take a snapshot before major changes (reinstall, upgrade, bulk edits).

Recycle bin
- Destroyed resources don't disappear immediately — they go to the recycle bin and are kept for a period.
- You can recover an accidentally deleted resource within the retention period; after it, they are fully released.
- It's a safety net against accidental deletion, but don't rely on it for long-term data storage.

Resource tags & search
- Resource tags: attach custom tags to resources (project, environment, purpose) to categorize them.
- Resource search: quickly locate resources by name, tag, type and other criteria — especially handy when you have many.
Notification center
- The in-app notification center centralizes system notices, billing, resource expiry, ticket updates and more.
Notification center: system, billing and security notices in one place
- Browse by category; unread items are flagged.
- You can also bind Telegram to receive push notifications for important events (see Account: Sign-up, Login & Security).
Deposit-address monitoring
Under "Watch addresses", add on-chain addresses you care about, and the platform can monitor their incoming/changes — useful alongside cryptocurrency top-ups.
Common questions
- Deleted a resource by mistake? Recover it from the recycle bin right away, mindful of the retention period.
- Do snapshots take up space? Snapshots consume storage — clean up ones you don't need.
- Not receiving notifications? Check the notification-center categories and your email / Telegram binding.
