Dedicated Servers & Private Network

Configuring and ordering dedicated bare-metal servers and their delivery, plus private network / VPC internal connectivity.

When you need the performance and stability of a whole machine to yourself, choose a dedicated server (bare metal); multiple resources can also be connected privately through a private network. This article covers both.

Dedicated server products: configuration and ordering

Configuring & ordering a dedicated server

  • Browse the available models under "Products → Dedicated Servers".
  • On the configuration page, choose CPU, memory, disk, bandwidth and more as needed.
  • Confirm the order and pay from your balance.
  • Dedicated servers are delivered: after ordering, provisioning/delivery begins, and billing starts from the delivery time; manage them under "Console → Dedicated Servers".

> Dedicated servers involve preparing and racking physical hardware, so delivery is usually slower than a VPS; delivery progress can be tracked in the console or via a ticket.

Managing a dedicated server

On the dedicated-server detail page you can view specs, status and network info, and perform the corresponding operations. The exact available operations depend on the model and delivery status.

Private network / VPC

A private network places your multiple resources (VPS / dedicated servers) on the same internal network — connected privately, not over the public internet:

  • Create a private network: billed monthly; one private network corresponds to one resource entry.
  • Add nodes: add resources to the private network as members; for internal networking the relevant nodes usually need to be in the same data center/node.
  • Default VPC & node monitoring: a private network comes with VPC capability and node-status monitoring by default.

Common questions

  • When does billing start for a dedicated server? From the delivery-completion time, not the order time.
  • Internal network not connecting? Confirm the nodes have joined the same private network, are on the required same node, and check the NIC and firewall configuration inside the system.
  • How long does delivery take? It varies by model and stock; track delivery progress via a ticket.
