How to Select and Order a Bare-Metal Server

Choose a model on the product page, configure bandwidth, IP addresses, operating system, and optional services, review the order, choose automatic renewal, and pay from your wallet balance. Bare-metal servers are provisioned manually and take longer than VPS instances.

How to Select and Order a Bare-Metal Server

Place an order

  • Open Products → Bare Metal, browse the available models by data center, and select Configure or Order for one.
  • Choose the configuration. Select bandwidth, number of IP addresses, operating system, and other configuration groups. The price updates immediately.
  • Continue to Confirm order and review:
  • Hardware and location, including data center, model, CPU, memory, storage, and bandwidth.
  • Selected configuration options and their additional charges.
  • Optional value-added services, such as SSL, backup, or installation. Required services are selected by default and cannot be removed.
  • Review the Total due. Membership-level discounts are applied automatically, and any one-time setup fee is shown separately.
  • Enable or disable Automatic renewal as needed. It is enabled by default. Select Confirm order to pay with your wallet balance.

After ordering

  • After payment, you are redirected to My Bare Metal, where the instance has the Provisioning status.
  • A bare-metal server must be racked and provisioned manually by the data center, so delivery is much slower than for a VPS. It may take several hours or days depending on the data center schedule. Wait for delivery and do not place duplicate orders.
  • When delivery is complete, connection details appear on the instance details page. If delivery takes unusually long, submit a ticket for an update.

What if the balance is insufficient?

The page provides an Add funds shortcut. Add money to the wallet, then return to the confirmation page to place the order.
