Because the transfer-in process is complex and automation may hit unexpected errors, we recommend submitting a ticket so we can drive the transfer manually.

• Top up in advance so your account has enough balance;

• Submit the domain and transfer (EPP/Auth) code via a ticket and we'll handle it manually;

• During the transfer, your domain contact's email may need to receive a message and click a link to confirm (requirements vary by registrar; we'll follow up in the specific ticket).

Domain transfer out

To transfer a domain out, please submit a ticket. We'll get the transfer code and unlock the domain so you can move it to any registrar you like.
