Top-up, Balance & Billing

How crypto top-ups arrive, wallet balance, invoices, spend breakdown, auto-renewal and membership tiers.

NextCLi settles everything from a wallet balance: top up first, then use the balance to order, renew and pay usage. This article explains how to top up, view your balance and invoices, track spending, and how auto-renewal and membership tiers work.

Top up with cryptocurrency

The platform supports cryptocurrency payment (such as USDT / USDC over TRC20, ERC20 and other networks):

On-chain top-up: choose an amount, then proceed to pay

  • Go to "Settings → Top-up".
  • Choose the currency and network; the system generates a dedicated deposit address (usually with an amount precise to the decimals).
  • Transfer exactly the shown amount to that address from your wallet.
  • After on-chain confirmation, the balance is credited automatically; the top-up record appears in your billing history.

> Be sure to transfer with the currency, network and amount shown on the page. The amount's trailing decimals are used to match your top-up order precisely — a mismatched amount may delay crediting.

Balance, invoices & spend breakdown

Account · Wallet: balance and wallet transactions

  • Wallet balance: shown on both the console overview and the settings page.
  • Invoices / billing: every order and renewal produces an invoice record you can view and open.
  • Spend analysis (Cost Explorer): analyze spending by resource and time to understand where the money goes.

Auto-renewal & billing periods

  • Resources (VPS, domains, etc.) are billed per period, with reminders via notification and email as expiry nears.
  • You can enable auto-renewal for a resource: it auto-deducts from your balance before expiry, avoiding suspension or reclamation from a missed renewal.
  • Auto-renewal fails when the balance is insufficient, so keep enough balance or renew manually in time.

Membership tiers

The platform automatically raises your membership tier based on cumulative spending. Higher tiers unlock more benefits; you can view your current tier and progress to the next one on the account pages.

Common questions

  • Paid but not credited yet? Wait for on-chain confirmation; if it still hasn't arrived long after confirmation, open a ticket with the transaction hash.
  • Can I get an invoice? Every charge has a billing record you can view.
  • Can the balance be refunded? Refund rules are covered in the Terms of Service and refund policy, or ask via a ticket.
